Find the Right Outpatient Mental Health Program for You

We offer different levels of care that can adjust to your needs and schedule. Insurance companies use terms like Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) or Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)—no matter what care you need, we can craft counseling services that fit.

From more intensive daily support to weekly check-ins, our mental health services and wellness programs create a path to healing that helps get your life back on track.

Our day program gives you extra structured support for more intensive mental health guidance. We help you focus completely on your well-being for several hours each day. You’ll join four group sessions daily, plus have individual therapy, family sessions, and medication check-ins throughout your week.

You can go home each evening and still maintain other responsibilities with day treatment. Duration can be altered based on your unique strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences.

Our half-day program (or IOP) hits that sweet spot between flexibility and comprehensive care. We help you target the real issues behind your struggles while still having time for work, school, or family.

We’ll match the length of your program to your personal situation and adjust your care to match your changing needs. This customization extends to therapies and approaches we provide you.

Life is busy, and getting to appointments might feel like a stressful chore in those moments. We ensure accessibility with virtual care for both levels of care. This allows you to connect for mental health support from wherever you’re comfortable.

Our nationwide online treatment gives you the same quality care without the commute. We work with you over Zoom, providing the same effective approaches you’d receive in person, excluding expressive arts therapy.
