Kayla Guirguis, LCSW, earned her MSW from Boston University in 2022 and her BSW from Portland State in 2020. She received her LCSW in October 2023 and is pursuing her LICSW in November 2025. As someone in long-term recovery, Kayla provides holistic, person-centered care to groups, individuals, families, and couples.
Before Rebuilding, she advanced from Virtual IOP Clinician to Woburn IOP/PHP Coordinator at Square Medical Group. Kayla specializes in addiction, trauma, and mental health challenges, using CBT, DBT, ACT, and narrative therapy.
